Develop Adaptive Leaders

Developing and/or acquiring talent should constitute 40%-60% of an executive’s agenda.  Upskilling and or upgrading a leadership team can be a duanting task for even the most seasoned leaders.  Technical abilities are either present or not – which makes clear choices between developing (time permitting) or upgrading.  An adaptive mindset is not as easy to assess, but is arguably more critical to senior executive success than technical skills.
